As Masters of Covers we are aware of our responsibility. We take care of our employees every day – it is our priority. Currently, our company has four main branches. One in Poland, one in Hong Kong and 2 in China. In every facility, our workers are treated equally. One of our most important goals is to create the best and safest possible working environment. We systematically take many steps to achieve this.
· Friendly work environment – We create a friendly and supporting work environment, where every employee can feel good, stress-free and develop.
· Fair salary – We care about the well-being of our employees. By providing fair compensation, we show that we value their contributions and work.

· Cultural differences – we take into account cultural diversity in the team and the need to respect other cultures. We respect cultural differences in our team, which includes employees from Poland and China. We create an environment in which every team member is accepted regardless of their origin. Also, we know that different cultures may have different working styles. We support flexibility and adapt our expectations to different work styles, always maintaining the set goals and quality standards.

· We are against any notion of today’s slavery. Therefore, we don’t employ underage people, we never force anyone to work, and the workday is regulated by the Labor Code.

Our Team is made of more than 50 people, so we all know each other, and can work in a friendly, family-like environment. We always celebrate Christmas and other Holidays together. For every success we award our workers. Every year, there is an integration trip for all of us, nobody’s birthday goes unnoticed. During the pandemic, even though we were divided (as separate branches), the celebration took place internally anyway. But of course, we hope that soon we will meet up again, and enjoy our company.
We want to create an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation, thanks to which both employees and the company itself will achieve success. This policy reflects our values and is the foundation of our organizational culture.
