To choose the right cover, first make sure what exact sofa model you have. You can do this by checking the label/sticker under the sofa. Then find the right cover model on our website. Be sure to compare the dimensions given on the website with the identical ones – even the same models may differ slightly in dimensions, due to the year or place of production of the furniture.

The method of washing each cover may vary. There are small exceptions, but most covers are washable. Always follow the instructions for washing covers. You will find them at these links:

When you place an order, our system waits for your payment to be confirmed. After successful approval, your order goes to our professional seamstresses. This is the longest part of the whole process. Please note that sewing the cover itself may take from 1 to 3 weeks. When our specialists finish their work, the cover is packed and sent to a courier of your choice. Then, you will receive an email from us with a link tracking your order. The time of delivery takes up to 7 business days.
The whole process takes from 2 to 4 weeks.
For orders shipped to the European Union, each package passes through customs. This is a procedure required by European Union countries when importing from non-EU countries. We, as a company, cover the customs duties costs and taxes (VAT), but in some cases the delivery time may be prolonged due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
If you ordered a free sample of fabric the delivery time is estimated from 7 to 28 days depending on the country.

Payment for the courier company is on our side for all orders over 100 USD. For orders below 100 USD the shipping price is 15 USD. However, please note that depending on the country in which you are ordering, customs duties and taxes may appear.

The covers are shipped from our facilities located in the USA, EU or China, depending on the place of order and product availability. Covers available in the USA and EU are marked on the website – they have a note “Also available in…“.
We ship from the USA and Europe only if we have the ordered covers in our facilities there. All such products are marked on our website as “Also available in EU/USA warehouse“. If you are a resident of Europe or the US and want a faster delivery, you can order a cover with this marking. This delivery takes about a week. You can also contact our Customer Service by email at info@mastersofcovers.com and ask about the possibility of faster delivery.

The currency on the website is located in the upper right corner next to the search icon, and is marked with the currency symbol of the given country, e.g. USD for the American dollar. Click on it to expand the currency selection field. Select the currency symbol of your country so that the website displays prices in your currency.
If you placed an order in a foreign currency, your bank will probably charge you more for the exchange rate, and may also charge a fee. This is beyond our control. Make sure you pay in your own currency to avoid additional costs. To change the currency, simply click on the currency preference in the upper right corner of the page, expand the slider and select the currency you desire. This depends on the time that has passed since the order was placed. To cancel or change your order, please contact us at info@mastersofcovers.com as soon as possible. Once the order has started production, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you can simply return the unwanted items, following our returns policy.

You may cancel your order within 7 calendar days from the date it was placed, as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If you would like to cancel your order within the 7-day period, please contact us at info@mastersofcovers.com.

*We reserve the right to determine the dispatch date of the order. In some cases, an order may be shipped before a tracking number becomes available, and there may be a 2–3 day delay before tracking information is visible. Therefore, the absence of tracking does not necessarily mean the order has not been sent.
When the order is shipped, we send customers a link to track the package. Due to the fact that our covers are sewn-to-order products, this may take place anytime between 1-3 weeks from the date of order placement. If you have not received a link from us, first check the SPAM in your mailbox. Unfortunately, sometimes our emails end up there. If you still cannot track your order, contact our customer service at info@mastersofcovers.com.
Yes, from the moment you receive the package, you have 14 days to express your desire to return by contacting us via e-mail at info@mastersofcovers.com.
Never return a package yourself, especially to the address from which it came! The return address varies and you can only get it by emailing our Customer Service.
Customized, used, and dirty orders cannot be returned. You cannot also return an incomplete order – only part of the cover that was sent in a set, e.g. only one pillow cover. Returns include the complete set, consisting of all covers.

Our company is created by friends from Poland – Chris and Joanna, and China – Allen, and Anna. As a result, we have our offices in both of these places. In Poland, we deal with marketing and running our online store. The main production of our covers takes place in China. Allen and Anna oversee logistics processes and main sales at Masters of Covers. We sew covers for IKEA furniture and selected Pottery Barn models. In specific cases we customize covers. Making a customized covers depend on many factors and requires the help and involvement of the client himself.
First of all, the customer is kindly asked to send us photos of his sofa. Thanks to such photos, our Production Team can check whether they will produce a customized cover. If our Production Team sees that it is possible to do, we will need many measurements of the couch in order to create the perfect custom cover. It is usually very engaging for the client and requires a lot of patience and time. Therefore, in such situations, we always inform them that we will need constant cooperation, patience and a large number of measurements. Fortunately, our efforts will not be wasted, and as a result, your sofa will look beautiful, completely like a new one.

It is super easy! Click on the Fabrics & Samples page in the menu above. Choose up to 5 fabrics that you liked the most. The materials that you have chosen will be visible in the bar below. If you want to change your mind, just click on the X button. You can also delete unwanted samples in your cart. The decision is made? Go to your cart and click the CHECKOUT button. Fill in your personal details and that’s it. Your order will be delivered in 7 to 28 days depending due to country.
At Masters of Covers we make slipcovers from high-quality materials. It is important to know that our fabrics are from different material batches, which are being colored separately.
We pay attention to every detail, we carefully control the quality of our products and the color similarity of the materials we receive. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that every color from different batches will be exactly the same shade.
If you have received the sample and after a longer period (6 months or more) decided to buy the slipcover in that fabric, there is a possibility of receiving it in a slightly different shade. The same situation might occur when you already have one of our covers and would like to buy an additional part of it, such as a cushion or an armrest cover – the new slipcovers’ hue might differ a little bit, if we sew it from a different material batch. In such a case please contact us and we will check whether we still have the exact same batches or provide you with current fabric samples so that you could see the difference.
If the exact shade of the material is important to you, we always encourage you to order free fabric samples or consult us before making a purchase. Our team is available to answer any questions and provide more information on this topic.
We trying our best to show accurate colors of all our fabrics. That’s why we are also posting real photos of couches and armchairs in our covers if it is possible. However, please note that all screens of your phones and computers are different. Color can be slightly different than in reality. Also, photographs are not the best at showing the textures of different fabrics. The best way to match the material to your interior is to order free samples from the Fabrics & Samples website.
