A: YES! Of course, if you’d like to have piping in your couch cover, all you have to do is write us an email. We can also make piping in different colors. Additional piping cost 20 USD.
Q: How long does the shipping take?
A: First of all, it should be noted that the shipping time includes 2 stages. What does it mean – the cover delivery process consists of two elements:
1) Sewing the cover. Each cover is sewn directly for each customer. We do not have ready-made covers, which we send as soon as someone places an order. We don’t do mass production. 2) Shipping a sewn and ready cover. The time it takes for the shipment to reach customers depends primarily on their place of residence. On average it is from a few days up to 2 weeks.
The whole process (including sewing the cover and shipping) takes from2 to 4 weeks.
Q: Do you make customized covers?
A: It depends on many factors and requires the help and involvement of the client himself.
First of all, the customer is kindly asked to send us photos of his sofa. Thanks to such photos, our Production Team can check whether they will produce a customized cover. If our Production Team sees that it is possible to do, we will need many measurements of the couch in order to create the perfect custom cover. It is usually very engaging for the client and requires a lot of patience and time. Therefore, in such situations, we always inform them that we will need constant cooperation, patience and a large number of measurements. Fortunately, our efforts will not be wasted, and as a result, your sofa will look beautiful, completely like a new one.
Q: Can I supply you with my own fabric?
A: If you want us to sew a cover using the fabric you sent us, we kindly ask you to send us an email first. Thanks to detailed fabric description and photos, our Production Team can check if your fabric is appropriate to make a cover from it.
Q: how can I get an update on my order?
A: If you’re a registered user, simply log in into your account and check the status of your order. In case of any questions or if you need any more information, feel free to write us an email and we’ll be more than happy to assist you.
Q: Is there a possibility of a return?
A: Yes, you’re able to return the product within 14 days from the date you received the order. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of return postage. We don’t have reverse pick-up services available with us. To return the product, follow these steps:
- Email Customer Service at info@mastersofcovers.com within 14 days of the date you received the parcel
- Pack the products unused, unwashed, and not damaged in their original packaging
- Return the complete product to the address specified by our Customer Service. Nowadays You can return to China or Poland.
- We will refund you within 7 days from the date we received your shipment.
Q: Can I order a sofa in a loose-fit version and add to it a loose-fit chaise lounge?
A: Unfortunately sofa cover in loose-fit version cannot be combined with chaise lounge cover in loose-fit version. Loose-fit covers are a single piece that covers all of the furniture, that’s why there’s no possibility to add any other additional cover to it.
Q: Can I only purchase parts of the cover, for example 2 seat cushion covers?
A: Of course! Just send us an email with information about what you are interested in – which sofa model do you have, which parts do you need and what fabric would you like to order the covers. Our Team might optionally ask about additional information, such as photos or measurements.
Q: What model of a sofa do I have?
A: There is an easy way to check what sofa model you have – all of the Ikea sofas have labels on them. The labels contain information about the exact sofa’s model and ikea product number. If you’re interested in buying a cover and still not sure the name of your sofa model – send us an email with photos of your sofa and we’ll try to help you recognize your sofa model.
