At Masters Of Covers, we offer FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE FOR ORDERS OVER 100 USD.
We deliver worldwide to all countries. If your country is not listed and would like to purchase from us, then contact us and we will arrange it for you.
For orders below 100 USD the shipping price is 15 USD.
We are shipping from Hongkong.
We cover customs duties for USA, Canada, European Union, UK and Switzerland.
In the case of international deliveries to other countries, it can be that the domestic customs office may apply a small additional customs duty – unfortunately, we have no influence on that.

Please note, that the customer is responsible for any additional costs of the international shipment including customs duty and other tax-related fees.

For orders shipped to the USA, Canada and European Countries, each package passes through customs. This is a procedure required by countries when importing from non-EU countries. We, as a company, cover the customs duties costs and taxes (VAT), but the delivery time may be prolonged due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
We are shipping from Hongkong.

For orders shipped to the European Union, each package passes through customs. This is a procedure required by European Union countries when importing from non-EU countries. We, as a company, cover the customs duties costs and taxes (VAT), but the delivery time may be prolonged due to customs clearance, which is beyond our control.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the product.
• From the time you receive the package, you have 14 days to report your wish to return. After informing us that you want to return the cover, we will send you details and instructions on how to do it.
• First, contact us, preferably by email info@mastersofcovers.com, then will you receive the address for return. The place of return depends on the place from which you will be returning the package.
• Never return on your own to the address from which the package came from! Returns are possible to warehouses in the USA, China and Poland. After contacting us, we will determine the best address for return and send you the details. Sending the package back on your own to any address and not following the company’s return policy will result in rejection of return claim. A correct return is compliance with our regulations – it starts with contacting us and following our guidelines.
• We are not responsible for any damage during transport, in particular that caused by weather, external factors or caused by poor packaging or securing of the cover. For maximum safety, we recommend packing the cover in its original box.
• In case of signs of use, dirt or fur on the cover, we will not refund your money.
• The customer bears the cost of returning the product.
• If you ordered the wrong cover or you are not satisfied with the shade of the fabric but have not purchased fabric samples prior to ordering covers, you are entitled to a return, not a valid complaint. We strongly recommend ordering up to 5 FREE samples (you can do so here: https://mastersofcovers.com/fabrics/).
• After sending the package to the return address provided by us, it is necessary to send us the tracking link.
• We do not accept returns of incomplete covers.
• If any part of the cover you received is faulty – please contact us by e-mail.
• Customized or partially customized orders are non-refundable and are outside of our return policy. This also applies to minor changes at the customer’s request, such as shortening the skirt, additional piping, etc.

1) Within 14 days of receiving the cover, contact us by e-mail (info@mastersofcovers.com) and express your wish to return.
2) Our customer service will guide you through the returns procedure and select the most convenient return address for you.
3) Pack the cover, preferably in the original packaging and box. Make sure that the cover is clean and free of any fur.
4) Send the package back to the return address we provided. Make sure you send the package back to the address our customer service provided you with, not the address from which the package came. These are 2 completely different addresses!
5) Remember that the cost of returning the package is your responsibility.
6) Make sure to send us the tracking number for the package.
7) The refund will be made within 7 business days of receiving the return package.
Our guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date you receive your products.
If you found a defect or received the wrong product:
please contact our Customer Service and we will handle the guarantee process. We will correct the defect if possible or produce a new item for you. If we no longer have the fabric you originally ordered, you will receive an equivalent product or your money back.
