These General Terms and Conditions of the www.mastersofcovers.com operated by company TLY Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Seller”) shall apply to all contracts concluded between a consumer or a trader (hereinafter referred to as "Client”) and the Seller relating to all goods and/or services presented in the Seller's online shop.

Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order.*
This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
Only after payment confirmation by PayPal, your order will be processed and shipped.
Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and TLY Technology Co., Ltd. will be completed when we email you to confirm the goods have been dispatched.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply, or item was withdrawn.

Most orders will be hand made and dispatched within 1-4 weeks. During busy periods, you will be notified of any delays or if we expect that the processing time will be longer than usual.
Payments can be made by via PayPal and all major debit and credit card providers. Payment will be debited from your account upon placing your order by the TLY Technology Co., Ltd. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are processed using PayPal, by secure online payment gateways that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
You must contact us asap if you wish to cancel your order. We will do our best to accommodate all your needs and requirements however this will not be possible if production has already started. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before placing an order or as soon as possible after.
At MastersOfCovers we offer free shipping worldwide.
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday excluding public holidays from Hongkong*. When placing your order please ensure that the shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.
When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email.
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example an office address that has been provided for delivery.
We mostly ship with DHL Express, but we have also other Express Shipping partners who work with us to provide you with faster shipping. All shipments are protected to their value whilst in transit. Should an item go missing or get damaged whilst in transit you will receive a refund or a replacement - This will be after we have confirmed it has not been delivered.
*some products purchased by European clients can be also shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm what is currently available.
We are shipping from Hongkong.
In the case of international deliveries especially to European Union or Canada, it can be that the domestic customs office may apply an additional customs duty – unfortunately we have no influence on that.
Please note, the customer is responsible for any additional costs of the international shipment including customs duty and other tax related fees.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are able to return the product within 14 days from the date you received the order. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of return postage. We don’t have reverse pick up services available with us.
To return the product:
• email Customer Service at email@example.com within 14 days of the date you received the parcel
• pack the products unused, unwashed, and not damaged in their original packaging.
• return the complete product to the address specified by our Customer Service. Nowadays You can return to China or Poland.
• we will refund you within 7 days from the date we received your shipment.
Our guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date you receive your products.
If you found defect or received wrong product:
• the wrong measurements
• wrong fabric
please contact our Customer Service and we will handle the guarantee process. We will correct the defect if possible or produce a new item for you. If we no longer have the fabric you originally ordered, you will receive an equivalent product or your money back.
Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If your return was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, refunds will be paid in the same currency.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers, and must be redeemed by the date published, if provided.
MastersOfCovers offers customers up to 5 fabric samples for free.
Customers can order a pack of 5 free fabric samples up to 3 times. If the Customer orders any more samples than this no more fabric samples will be sent.
In the course of your visits to our website, we may obtain the following information about you: name, company name, email address, telephone number, geographic location, IP address, support queries, blog comments and social media handles (together ‘Personal Data’).
Our services are not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from anyone under 18.
