Step 2: We precisely draw and cut the necessary elements on the fabric of your choice. Then, we sew them together using a specialistic machine. In this step, we also implement special requests, like zipping and info labels.
This is an important step, which requires our precision and focus.
Step 3: Time for finishing the details. At this step we cut off redundant threads, check all the elements and polish up your product. We want it to make the best impression on you and serve you for many years.
Step 4: After around two weeks it is time to pack up. We put your product in our special packaging and secure it tightly, to prevent any damage during transport. It might happen that in certain dates, e.g. before Christmas or Easter, the time of realisation will be longer. We will let you know about that. We do not like to wait long for a parcel, too.
Step 5: Courier picks up your parcel and brings it to you in 3-10 days – depending on where you live. We hope that the delivered product will give you a lot of happiness!
1. Import Tax
In the case of international deliveries, it can be that the customs office may apply an additional customs duty – we have no influence on that. However, this does not happen often.

We realise all orders with precision, paying attention to providing a top quality product. However, if the product does not meet your expectations because of incorrect size, damage to the fabric, incorrect sewing, you are entitled to a return – we will repair existing faults.
b) Different fabric
In order to avoid disappointment related to the choice of fabric, we encourage you to order free samples. They will help you to match colour and pattern, and check the texture, so you can make a right choice. We offer you free and quick delivery of up to 5 samples.
However, if the finished product does not meet your expectations because of the fabric you chose, we offer you a possibility of a return – we will give you back 70% of the cost and we ask you to send us back the product and cover the cost of the return delivery.
3. Check the parcel in courier's presence
It is important to us that you check the parcel when it is delivered whether it is damaged. In case of any faults, you can decline to accept the delivery and this way make a complaint to the courier. Each parcel is insured. It is necessary to make a complaint when the parcel is delivered if you want to get from us a new product without additional costs.
